Autoship FAQs

  • Nope! All of our products are available as a one-time purchase - just click Buy One Time instead of our autoship option. If you’re loving your Blueland as much as we think you will, we suggest autoshipping all of your refills so you’ll never run low on your Blueland favorites!

  • All U.S. orders over $50 ship for free. Orders under $50 and shipping within the U.S. will receive the typical shipping charge of $4.99. Afterwards, recurring autoship deliveries in the U.S. will be charged $1.99 for orders under $50, and free for orders over $50! For details on shipping to your specific country, please see here.

  • It's simple! First, pick which product(s) you'd like to purchase and select the quantity (FYI we provide recommended quantities based on your household size; 1-2 people or 3+). Once you've placed an order for your autoship(s), you will receive your initial order and then subsequent boxes once every three months!

  • You can easily manage what you receive, when you receive it, and the quantity you receive by logging into your autoship portal! Good news - we even offer the option to add a new one-time product or autoship, swap items or change scents, right within your online portal!

  • Blueland autoship subscribers can save $40+ annually.*

*Savings is reflected by the average annual product usage data.

  • Yes, even small households or apartments benefit from a cleaning supplies autoship because it helps reduce last-minute store runs, ensures you only order what you need, and keeps essentials consistently stocked.

  • A cleaning supplies autoship helps reduce packaging waste by ensuring you receive only what you need on a set schedule, instead of frequent, smaller orders. Blueland uses 100% plastic free formulas and industrially compostable paper packaging, designed to replace plastic with materials that can safely return to the earth and reduce overall waste.

If you prefer to order less often, our 1-year bulk household cleaning supplies are another great option for stocking up for longer while minimizing unnecessary packaging over time.
